Ugg Bugg was a Pre-historic primitive human from the Paleolithic era AKA Caveman Times. He was friends with a young Bald Leon, before Bald Leon fell into the ice of the future river Mersey, preserving his body until he arrived in the 21st century.
Ugg Bugg despite being friends with the super genius Bald Leon was still a primitive human of limited intelligence, so although he was fascinated by Bald Leon's incredible inventions such as his early version of the internet, flying machine and particle accelerator, Ugg Bugg was equally impressed by Bald Leon's cigarette lighter, and clothes hangar and metal cutlery.
Ugg Bugg had been taken on as an apprentice by Bald Leon, who attempted to increase the intelligence of the cavemen who lived around him. He was doing this in hopes of having a more intellectual conversation as well as someone who would understand his jokes (one of these attempted jokes resulted in Bald Leon falling in the river).
After Bald Leon disappeared, Ugg Bugg attempted to use the "sigh-unce" that Bald Leon had created to bring him back, attempting to tinker with Bald Leon's machines to do something, anything, to bring back his friend, however, nothing worked.
Ugg Bugg lived out the rest of his days with the rest of his tribe, always wondering what happened to his friend, and watching as Bald Leon's inventions slowly crumbled and disintegrated over the years. A thousand years later, these inventions would be completely gone due to the sands of time, as well as any memory of Ugg Bugg outside of the mind of Bald Leon
