Gaz is a restaurateur who also owns many businesses around Cheshire. At the beginning of his career, he was allies with Chef Si and even purchased Si's son Mitch to be his KP slave and forced him to live under the fire escape stairs outside with the oil drums and rats behind his restaurant "The Slippy Peanut".

His gaslighting powers are so strong that even when Mitch broke his chains for the first time and brutally murders most of his staff (severely injuring Clod and Teeth), he managed to convince Mitch to chain himself back up and revive the staff members he murdered.

Later in the story Gaz has a redemption ark, during which he frees Mitch, Mitch believes it to be a trick at first and they have a battle destroying most of the town, but Mitch spares Gaz because he can see him as a useful member for his new team "The fumin 5™"
