Si Runs the Cheshire Hotel, the poshest and most expensive hotel in the north west. He hired his son Mitch Connor to be the head chef in charge of "weddings and functions", a term he says to gaslight his son to make him cook the staff food while still feeling important.
Si is in a sexual relationship with his son's wife, a Greek woman named "Reyna". Mitch is oblivious to the relationship, even when it's happening in front of him. Si and his right hand man Chef Ray rule the entire county of Cheshire and talk about taking the Wirral from Bald Leon, Bald Ben and Bald Jack. Chef Si's weapon of choice is a magic filleting knife made by his best mate "The creator", he once used this knife to cut a hole between dimensions to travel through them.
