Poseidon is the God of the sea. Going by many names including Neptune, Varuna and Jason Mamoa. Being a god, Poseidon can never truly be killed, as his consciousness exists across every dimension in different vessels. In the Chef Cinematic Universe (CCU) he goes by the name of Poseidon in secret, however, he works as a kitchen porter, hiding from humanity under a fake Polish name; Graham. In this dimension, he hides with his brother, the god of thunder and lightning, who in the CCU goes by the name of Thor, but also uses a fake Polish name; Craig

In the Baldsverse, Poseidon goes by the name of Neptune. Bush Man attempted to battle Neptune shortly after Bush Man returned from the land of the dead following his death at the hands of the Pimp Chimp. The battle had no decisive winner, as the now more powerful Bush Man could go toe-to-toe with the god. 

In most dimensions, Poseidon lives a quiet life as a kitchen porter using his water powers to make his job easier, and only infrequently displays his true power on occasions when he is challenged, or when circumstances are dire enough to require his intervention and even more rare occasions when there is a plot that he can benefit from.
