Alren Milten is a vintage radio collector and repairman. He first became obsessed with vintage radios when his mother was hit by a bus, and the only way to signal the emergency services was with a vintage radio, which was out of use. Unfortunately, he could not get the radio operational, so his mother died at the scene. From that day he vowed to never let a vintage radio fall into disrepair. 

Alren dedicated his life to the research of radios and the technology behind them. He has become so talented in creating radio technology that he could create a functional radio with an assortment of random items in any kitchen cupboard. He has also researched radio waves extensively, weaponising them for his ill-gotten gains, financing further development of his radio technology by using radio-based weapons for criminal activities for monetary gains.

Alren has been credited with over 50 attacks on government buildings and financial institutions and has stolen an estimated £10,000,000. In all his time he has not been caught once, disappearing by running counterintelligence against the police by using his radio technology to disrupt their communications.
