When the Antiverse opened, some specific individuals were split into two distinct personalities. Bald Jack was one of the victims of this event, and when he was split, one part of him was essentially left unchanged, but another was created, an Evil twin known as Evil Bald Jack, who went on to be one of the universes biggest threats.
Evil Bald Jack quickly rose to power and ruled his universe-spanning empire with an iron grip. The original Bald Jack was largely forgotten about during this time, as he was completely overshadowed by his evil doppelganger. Evil Bald Jack committed many, many, many war crimes to get the power he attained, beginning with the complete takeover of all of the Earth and its governments. Once he had completed his conquest for world domination, he took to the stars, colonisation every habitable rock regardless of it was already occupied. On some worlds he was seen as salvation, bringing incredible new technology and stability to these worlds, but on many more others, he was seen as an invader, who stole their technology and resources to fuel his engines of war.
Evil Bald Jack had many assassination attempts made against him, after all, he was the most hated man in the galaxy. But the person who did eventually vanquish him was the most unexpected of them all, the pacifist and original source for Evil Bald Jack's existence, the original Bald Jack. Bald Jack accidentally kill Evil Bald Jack after he threw his banana peel into the bin, however tragically, he missed the bin and the peel ended up on the floor, and Evil Bald Jack slipped on it, comedically flipping into the air and breaking his neck when he hit the floor, killing him instantly.
Shortly after this, the empire that Evil Bald Jack had created collapsed, however because of their similar opinions, many people assumed that the original Bald Jack was in fact Evil Bald Jack, and he had simply lost his grip on the power he had. Bald Jack was tried for the war crimes his copy had committed and was sentenced to 5 life sentences in space jail. The universe will never know that it was actually Bald Jack who saved them from the very man they believe to have locked up.
