The Devil is a creature with many names and even more faces. Some of the names include "The Devil", "Satan", "Lucifer", "Kevin the Carrot" and "Borat". Although not the source of evil in the universe, the Devil certainly makes use of it. The Devil is fueled by the misdeeds of souls against other souls, and the larger the misdeed, the greater the power the Devil receives. Some believe that the Devil is a physical manifestation of all hate in the universe, personified as a version of what an individual perceives as evil.
The Devil is known to make deals and bargains with souls in need, usually with the person accepting the deal benefiting in some way, but the actions ultimately lead to greater suffering for all parties involved, apart from the Devil themself. The deals they make can have sometimes minor effects, but can sometimes lead to death, war, famine, and even the release of great plagues. The Devil is almost always seen at places of great suffering, usually surrounding whoever is to blame for the tragedy occurring.
