Overwatch was a highly accredited Sniper for the Agency. She used a specialised sniper rifle which she modified herself to be outfitted with armour-piercing rounds and a thermal scope, allowing her to shoot at, and through, almost anything.

Overwatch often took the role of field coordinator on missions, aiding her allies from an elevated position and utilising the thermal scoped rifle to call out the location of enemies that her teammates might not have otherwise known were there.

Overwatch was killed on an Agency operation in North Korea, where her squad were split up and either captured or killed. She was killed in an ambush along with Agency operative and pilot 'Ace',
