A leader of the Komitet Gosudarstvennoy Bezopasnosti (KGB - Russia's secret service of which he was a member during the cold war), Comrade Cyka has dedicated his entire life to eradicating capitalism and will go to any means to do so. He despises capitalism, and more so capitalists, taking it as his personal duty to destroy any capitalist that he comes across. Despite not being assigned this mission, he conducts it efficiently, but also with great remorse and regret for what he "has to do".
He trained in all standard weapons and munitions, including all guns made by the soviet union, as well as artillery. He has also trained extensively in spear-throwing, and once used a spear to take down the New York stock exchange with a single throw.
He also volunteered for the Soviet science division "Project Oksana" which aimed to create the perfect, unkillable soldier. through this program, Comrade Cyka attained many enhancements, effectively making him a "super-soldier". These enhancements included a mild strength and agility enhancement, not quite making him "super" or even the strongest or fastest man on Earth, but noticeably more powerful than the average man. In an attempt to make him unkillable they created a therapy that prevented the degradation of his cells, but this in fact simply slowed his aging exponentially, scientists both then and now have been unable to predict how long he will realistically live naturally.
