He Who Rides is an alternate universe, highly evolved form of Bald Ollie. Unlike our worlds bald ollie, he who rides was blessed by not ceasing to exist each time he finished a delivery order. Because of this he began to adapt over the years, never reproducing to conduct evolution, but still physically changing as each new generation would, granting him increased intelligence, speed and strength. Unlike our Bald Ollie, this meant he developed critical thinking skills beyond “deliver” and “want tip”.
Unfortunately for him, as he was born before time began, he spent much of his time existing in the void of nothing for what felt like trillions of years, falling in and out of madness for millions of years at a time repeatedly, but eventually as the world began to form around him, and he had centuries of wisdom and thought, he had elevated himself to a higher being.
As such, he was no longer tasked with transporting food to customers, he instead transported souls, from every reality, to the afterlife. Little is known about the afterlife, other than that those close to death can see He Who Rides, as he prepares to give them a “seaty” on his handles-bars as he takes them from this plane of existence. He Who Rides is indiscriminate, uncaring for who someone is, or how evil or good they are, they get the same emotionally distant treatment as they are transported.
He Who Rides has been depicted in some works of art by artists at famous battles who were moments from death, here are the two verified works in which he can be spotted.
Above he is depicted at the battle of Waterloo, taking many souls to the great beyond
Here he was spotted in a battle at Ancient Greece and was featured much more prominently, although the artist had gotten confused as he did not know who He Who Rides was, depicting him on only one side of the battle.
It should be noted that those who see He Who Rides will always appear to those who are near death, however In the event of a temporal incursion, such as a time traveller, He who Rides will still appear, but may just be unable to take the soul in the end if they are saved
