The Skengman is a YouTuber who operates in the UK. He often collaborates with Jack lad, but more importantly, he is believed to be the “Leon template”. This means that all of the Leon variants, such as bald Leon, dog lead man, Clod, and even the master himself, are all replicants of this seemingly normal human. This is because the Skengman’s bald signature matches these variants, but is the strongest of all. Despite this, the Skengman does not have any special powers.
The Skengman has been involved in such escapades as both versions of the torture express, the Skengman news, and Sebastian the whale washing dolphin. He is also a regular contestant and co-host on the discord drawing show.
