Long neck Jack is a jack smith variant, however unlike regular bald variants he is actually from a branching timeline so technically does not exist in regular balds canon. The reason he had such a long neck is because in his timeline an army of highly intelligent giraffes developed weapons of war, eventually defeating the human race in an all out conflict.
After the great giraffe war, the remaining surviving humans were forced to undergo procedures to increase the length of their necks to fit in with the new dominant species on Earth, this worlds Jack Smith was one of the victims
