The Irishman AKA Bald Josef is a Friday tier threat. His Bald ability is the power to change between his bald and regular state at will, as seen in the two images.

When in Bald mode, Bald Josef gains the abilities that most Bald's possess, such as heightened speed, strength and awareness. He also gains the ability to detect cans of Guinness within 50-mile proximity. 

He was recently diagnosed with terminal stage 63 scratchy ball syndrome caused by hitting the Quan too many times.
