The Cobbler is a Thursday class threat based in the surrounding boroughs of London. He is physically very threatening as he is a bodybuilder, so possesses great strength. He himself is rarely a threat, but he does arm anyone with enough money with high-quality utility footwear. He is famous for making shoes with incredible abilities, such as hidden weaponry such as blades, shoes with built-in holsters to allow for extra storage of small weapons, shoes that are capable of walking up vertical or even inverted surfaces with ease, shoes with the ability to jump significantly larger heights than the wearer would usually be capable of, shoes which can increase the speed of the wearer, shoes that can walk on water and even shoes that can bend the laws of time itself.
The Cobbler is also known to have beef with The Vacuumist after The Vacuumist sucked up a pair of The Cobbler's shoes with one of his machines. Because of this, the shoes were destroyed, and The Cobbler has since held a vendetta against The Vacuumist and has since been more likely to help those who are aligned against the Vacuumist.
The Cobbler has been known to spend his riches gathered from his shoe empire on a series of exotic, vintage, and high-performance cars, utilising his craftsmanship skills learned through cobbling to restore the vehicles.
