We are still unsure what exactly Skinwalker Leon is, but he matches the general appearance of Bald Leon, but without a face. We can confirm that this entity carries the same Bald signature as Bald Leon, but is in fact a separate being as we have been able to verify Bald Leon's location while holding Skinwalker Leon in containment. Containment is to be increased in capacity, as we cannot afford another breach of this being.
