Jacob is a strange extra-dimensional entity, who is currently employed at Bald Ben's Father's restaurant. His abilities do not appear to come from any bald genes, and his power set is unclear. He can only be defined as undefinable.

In the restaurant he is employed as a waiter and host, guiding people to their tables and taking their orders, although this is just a formality, as from the moment they enter the restaurant he already knows exactly what they want to eat, even if they don't. This does sometimes cause arguments in his workplace, as many complaints have been made by people who had ordered one thing and received another, despite enjoying their alternate dish immensely. 

Jacob is a Manchester United football club fan, and a regular commentator on the state of premier league football as a whole, dispensing his opinions on social media. He also likes to post online about his opposition to the Welsh devolved government, stating that it is essentially a puppet state run by morons.
