Dog Having Man is the brother of Dog Lead Man. He does not outwardly possess any abilities, however, if he feels his dog is threatened, he gains superhuman strength, speed and agility, at the cost of his critical thinking skills.
The catch to these abilities is that he regularly thinks that his dog is under threat, even under circumstances that the dog is completely safe, or that the person "attacking" the dog is actually at much greater risk.
The first time these powers manifested was at a Christmas market. Dog Having Man was walking his dog through the market when his dog brushed up against someone's paper bag, something the dog and the bag owner didn't even notice. Unfortunately, Dog Having Man did notice and he confronted the individual, screaming in their face "YOU STARTING ON MY DOG? DO YOU WANT TO FUCKING DIE? COME HERE YOU HORRIBLE CUNT".
It is believed he then grabbed the victim by their face and started punching them repeatedly in the head. He then used one of his arms to grab both of their legs and his other arm to grab the top of their head. He then ripped them in half and threw one half into space, and the other half through the ground and into the Earth's core.
Although it hasn't happened yet, it is believed that if Dog Having Man's dog were to ever pass away, Dog Having Man would find a way to confront death itself, and then kill him, for not making his dog immortal. He would then go to whichever afterlife plane his dog ended up on and would bring him back to Earth, at which point he would take him on his standard walk.
