The Bald's RPG Demo update 1

Exciting times bald's fans.

Today we finished an initial build for the planned Balds RPG Game. The currently
limited demo will hopefully be available right here on the blog by the end of the year. but we are attempting to expand the amount of content in the demo before it is released. At the moment it is more of a proof of concept.

Below is a screenshot of a portion of the demo, the overworld town. The final game will have multiple interconnected towns that will take up much larger map spaces, each building can be entered and explored, with the current version of the demo featuring 2 NPC's, Bald Leon and Bald Ben.


The final version of the demo (which will be released on the blog) will have more NPC's including Bald Jack, The Master and the villain of the game "Comrade Cyka".

The game will be mostly dialogue-driven, with focus partially shifted away from combat and more to the story itself, as the combat will be a turn-based system, with the innovation in the field coming from the weapons, abilities and spells that can be conducted. The dialogue between characters will also feature pictures of the respective bald you are talking too to avoid confusion

We are also planning on including a fully realised soundtrack for the game, something the demo has already begun to include.

The story is still in the works and very much under wraps, but we are currently ahead of schedule when it comes to the long term release of the full game itself.
