Vlad the Burner is the school bully in Michael Gay and Jack O TV's school. He gets his name of Vlad "The Burner" from the fact that one of his favourite hobbies is branding his bullying victims. Although he proves to be popular in high school and college, unfortunately for him, he didn't pay attention at all while he was in school and as a result of this, he didn't learn anything meaning that he wasn't able to get a decent job to finance his and his girlfriend's life.

Eventually, his girlfriend left him, alone and jobless, and he soon spiralled into a life of crime. He was briefly locked up in the same prison as Bald Jack, but Bald Jack was released due to good behaviour and an offer he was given by the prison warden. Vlad spent most of his life in and out of prison, having very little impact on the world, all because he peaked in high school.
