The Master is the creator of the universe and the father of Bald Leon. The Master created our universe by accident. The universe before ours was populated by humanoid creatures made in The Master's image, exact duplicates, it was a utopia for all of the little Masters. One day, The Mast had an arm wrestle with one of his duplicates, granting the duplicate one wish. The duplicate, having the same aspirations as the original Master, wanted to create a universe, So The Master created a sandbox area for the duplicate to play god in, but the moment that the duplicate was left unsupervised, he accidentally bridged the gap between his micro reality and the larger universe, destroying both and merging them into a new universe, and event today known as "The Big Bang".

This duplicate became the new version of The Master, and despite being a weaker version of himself, he still possessed immeasurable power to warp all of reality at will. The Master created Bald Leon as he wanted to have more beings to interact within his new universe, as he was not as powerful as the original The Master, he was not able to create exact replicas of his abilities and appearance, so each of the Bald's he created varied in appearance.

Although he is able to interfere in the affairs of man, he rarely does and instead chooses individuals to manipulate to achieve his goals, as direct interference with space and time could have disastrous consequences on the already damaged fabric of the multiverse. On the occasions where he does interfere directly, it is usually because the event is a fixed point in space and time, meaning that his interference will have minimal effect, or the circumstances are just so dire that if he were to not interfere directly, time and space could change to an unrecognisable state, and he could accidentally erase himself and everything else from existence.
