The Creator is the father of The Master, However that does not mean that the creator created The Master. The Master got bored in 1977 and realised how much he missed out on getting to play catch with his dad, so he decided that he needed to create himself a father figure.

The Creators powers are nowhere near that of his son, but he does have limited reality manipulation abilities, and because his son sees him as his parental figure, The Creator is basically able to order his son to do his bidding.

The Creator is technically the grandfather of Bald Leon. The Creator also has a crippling Nicotine addiction which he developed in June of 1978, forcing him to smoke over 100 cigarettes a day.
