Bald Ollie is technically the second Bald to exist, The Master being the first. The Master created Bald Ollie when The Master got hungry while creating the universe, so he ordered a Deliveroo McDonald's and Bald Ollie was the creature to deliver it. Bald Ollie only exists while he is delivering a deliveroo order, and he is not given just any order to deliver. He is only tasked with the more difficult deliveries, such as delivering a McDonalds before Earth has even been created, taking larger quantities of food that any person of regular strength could lift, or Delivering a McDonalds from a UK location to one of the North Sentinal Islands within a few minutes. When Bald Ollie is not making a delivery, he is banished to Limbo, the area between realities, in constant torment and agony, which has left him mentally scarred.

When Bald Ollie makes a delivery, he expects a tip. Many have reported that when he appears at their doorstep he has his hands outstretched, one holding the bag of food, and the other with his palm open awaiting the money to be placed in his hand. People have reported that if they do not first give him a tip, his grip is vice-like and he is unwilling to let go of the food, but when they give him any amount of money, his grip loosens for the food to be taken, and when the delivery is complete, he remains on the spot until he is no longer being perceived, at which point he disappears without a trace. In the cases where he is not given a tip, it is still possible to attain the food from his possession, by cutting open the bag or otherwise getting around loosening his grip, however when the food is taken he will not dematerialise until he is given a tip, and in the instances where he is no longer being perceived, he will instantaneously turn to face the nearest person with money, with the hand holding the bag of food now by his side, and his tipping hand pointing threateningly towards the recipient.

Bald Ollie is also camera shy, hence the blurry and grainy image, and as a result of this, all modern cameras cease to work or the quality is severely reduced in his immediate proximity, due to his "shy field". as can be seen below.
