Bald Noel was the twin brother of Bald Leon, he lived in "Caveman times" but unlike his brother, he did not have any bald powers such as enhanced physicality, or a longer lifespan, despite not having any hair. Bald Noel died in Caveman times and is only referenced by his brother on occasion. He was a known associate of Ugg Bugg, One of Bald Leon's caveman friends, but beyond this, there is very little recorded history associated with Bald Noel.
