Mark Jackson is an individual with a very unique ability. Anyone he touches completely loses control over their vocal ability. The Mark Jackson "virus" takes over a person's vocal abilities, while leaving the brain completely untouched. The victim is still capable of complex thought and complete control over every other part of their body, but they are unable to say anything other than the word "Mark Jackson" exclusively and in that exact order.
The way Mark Jackson's ability works are through the simple act of touch. As soon as skin-to-skin contact has been initiated, the subject will not be able to say anything other than their infector's name, "Mark Jackson". The subject who has become effective is not able to affect others, only the source "patient 0" Mark Jackson is able to infect others.
